←return![]() The Bachelor The Bachelor is named for its rich hues and sleek lines: think dark leather sofas and black Ferraris. It is constructed around a central piece of solid walnut burl, and has solid ebonized walnut legs. Its armboards are solid Gabon ebony, as are the decorative strips on top. The freestanding motor pod houses a new Premotec motor, and it is currently running with a vintage VPI PLC motor controller. Platter is an excellent vintage VPI hw19 mk3. The finish on the table is very slightly distressed to allow a bit of the warm walnut color through on edges and corners. Finished with poly-sealer and 2 or more coats of paste wax. A unique feature of this table is that its armboards are installed using a single bolt, fixed from above. This design allows multiple armboards that can be installed in seconds. Two 9" arms can be used, and with differently shaped armboards, 12" arms could be used. AVAILABLE ![]() ![]() ![]() ←return |
